In a world of impossible things, Nora certainly didn't expect this to happen.
That day had been a treat: Henry was off and there was a new, interactive exhibit at the science museum that Barry hadn't stopped talking about. It was amazing to see how much energy a five year old could have when dealing with things like theoretical black hole demonstrations. But still, that was her son, and the apple of her eye.
So when a volunteer was needed, Barry Allen, in all of his five-year-old strength, pushed Nora and volunteered her to partake in the demonstration of the transport between a singularity instance to another. She had expected lights, smoke, and mirrors.
Instead, she stepped through the other side and into what looked like a crime laboratory.

"No. I'm not a detective like Joe," He tells him with a shake of his head. He leans back a bit and gives her a soft smile," I'm a CSI. Go to crime scenes and find whatever evidence they need."

"I guess this means Henry has a point in getting you a microscope." She shakes her head as well. "But I keep telling him that you're only a child, you don't nee that broad spectrum microscope yet. Maybe when you're older."

"Of course dad has a point in getting me a microscope," He says with a bit of a laugh, shaking his head. "You need to start me off young, mom. Though even if you and dad don't, it won't stop how smart I am."

She chuckles at that.
"Barry, there was never any doubt about how smart you are, as long as you keep that good heart of yours."

"I don't think that's even possible," He tells her with a bit of a chuckle. "Not after the stuff you and dad taught me."
